Bearing plays a crucial role in the structural integrity of a bridge. Any malfunction in the bearings can lead to significant damage to both the superstructure and substructure. Therefore, it is imperative to replace damaged or failed bearings promptly. In order to ensure the safety and stability of the bridge, we conduct thorough inspections to identify any faulty bearings. Subsequently, we evaluate the structure to devise an appropriate lifting plan. We have successfully replaced the bearings in 7 spans of existing bridges that suffered severe damage due to extreme conditions. With the advancement in construction techniques, the construction time has significantly decreased, necessitating the adoption of new fast construction methods. Our inventory includes a variety of modern hydraulic jacks suitable for all types of lifting operations, with over 50 hydraulic jacks powered by a power pack.
